Rather, we believe that when someone has the right information, they naturally change behaviors and fall into healthier lifestyles, and never actually "diet" or feel negatively about food choices they no longer make. These choices should fall parallel to medical doctors advice for clients that require it, as some fad "diets" could make medical conditions worse.
