General Information
- Gift certificates issued by WellPath Coaching LLC can be used for services provided by WellPath Coaching LLC.
- By purchasing or using a WellPath Coaching LLC gift certificate, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.
Redemption
- Gift certificates can be redeemed only through WellPath Coaching LLC and are valid for the services specified on the certificate.
- Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service.
- If the value of the service exceeds the value of the gift certificate, the difference must be paid by the certificate holder.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate.
Expiration and Validity
- Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Expired gift certificates will not be honored.
Non-Transferable
- Gift certificates are non-transferable and are intended for use by the original recipient only.
- WellPath Coaching LLC reserves the right to verify the identity of the gift certificate holder.
Lost or Stolen Certificates
- WellPath Coaching LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates.
- Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced or refunded.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Services purchased with a gift certificate are subject to the standard cancellation policy of WellPath Coaching LLC.
Service Availability
- Redemption of gift certificates is subject to service availability.
- It is recommended to schedule services in advance to ensure availability.
Legal Compliance
- The use of gift certificates is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Any disputes arising from or related to the use of gift certificates shall be resolved under the laws of the state in which WellPath Coaching LLC operates.
Amendments
- WellPath Coaching LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- It is the responsibility of the gift certificate holder to review the terms and conditions periodically.
